I have a question about my order. 

If you ever need to know anything about your order or any of the products, you can use the contact form here. We will try to assist you as soon as possible.

 

Processing

Orders aren’t always processed immediately. Sorry for the inconvenience this May cause. Please allow a week for orders to ship out. Most of the packing is done on the weekend (Saturday/Sunday). 

A tracking number will be sent out at this point. 

 

Shipping

All packages are mailed out with usps first class. Normally this delivery method takes 2-5 business days for delivery within the US please allow a few more days during holidays.

 For international packages, the transport time can take anytime between 1 week – 2 months.  Please be aware when placing an order. Limited tracking is available for several countries. 

Customers are responsible for all taxes/customs fees due at the time of delivery. 

Expect longer delays then usual due to COVID related issues

 

Do you do Returns/Refunds?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No exchanges or returns will be accepted unless there is a mistake/issue with the order. Only buy if you’re absolutely sure you want it. 

In the case of damages or incorrect/missing items. We will issue a refund or send the item at no extra cost. 

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect mailing details. If you notice anything wrong at check out, please immediately contact us through our contact form to get the issue fixed.

 

How do preorders work?

Each item has a pre-order and fulfillment window. Items will be available after preorders but at limited stock/slightly higher price/no preorder bonus. We’ll try our best to meet the estimated shipping window the best we can (it is usually longer than is actually needed incase of delays or errors out of our control)

Item’s will begin production as soon as preorders end. 

 

In stock item ordered along with preorder items will be held until they can be shipped out together. If you don’t wish to wait please place separate orders. 

 

Can you hold orders? 

 

Things have been hectic lately and we’re willing to hold on to orders in case of moving or worry over holiday mailing. Just contact us and we’ll make a note of it.
